About the role

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to be part of our Business Services Unit team, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Human Resources Manager is Responsible for providing efficient and effective leadership and management of staff administrative services by providing Rostering and HR services; the delivery of statistical and other reporting; and the provision of advice on Awards, Policies and conditions of employment. This role will also have the primary purpose of ensuring adjustments to payroll by way of workers compensation, leave management and staff entitlements (allowances, increments etc) are delivered in a timely, compliant and quality controlled environment.
