About the opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, we’re looking for a Digital Content Writer who thrives on bringing campaigns to life through high-quality, channel-ready content.

This is a hands-on, executional role where you’ll take clear briefs and turn them into compelling, audience-first content that performs. From web and eDMs to social, video and sales enablement materials, you’ll help deliver content that drives engagement and supports key business priorities.

What you’ll deliver with us

Create content that drives meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business
Deliver customer-first content that communicates clearly and effectively
Ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned to governance standards
Coordinates content delivery across programs to meet timelines and stakeholder needs
Use insights and data to refine and improve content effectiveness over time
Apply emerging best practices, including an understanding of AI discoverability and search trends

About you

You’re a strong, engaging writer with a background in copywriting, content production or journalism, and an instinct for creating audience-first content. You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines, while using data to continuously improve performance.

You’ll also need

Experience in content writing, content marketing or communications roles within B2B, retail, logistics, ecommerce or service-led organisations
Strong experience delivering multi-channel content across web, eDM, social, sales enablement, video, campaign content and functional messaging
