Digital Strategist + Copywriter

We’re looking for a Digital Strategist and Copywriter who can think strategically, write beautifully, and confidently lead ideas from concept to delivery.
Role type and flexibility
This is a full-time role.
We’re flexible about how the work happens, with a practical blend of remote and in-person work designed to support great output, strong collaboration and a sustainable client-strategist rhythm.
What you’ll do
Develop content approaches that support clients’ growth and business development goals
Create platform-native social content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (with a strong feel for what builds brand legitimacy and why)
Write high-quality copy across formats, including blogs, EDMs, landing pages, eBooks and thought leadership pieces
Contribute to content planning and editorial collaboration, helping raise the creative and strategic standard across accounts
Support reporting and client deliverables with a pragmatic, organised mindset
The clients you’ll work with
Our clients span a wide range of professional service categories — from legal leaders to allied health, the real estate category to brokers, psychologists to coaches. You’ll enjoy switching context, learning about new industries, and finding the most compelling angle in each.
What you’ll bring
Agency and/or freelance experience delivering content to spec and on deadline
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for tone, structure and clarity
Confidence moving between strategy and execution (you can set direction, then make the thing)
Hands-on familiarity with tools and workflows like PicMonkey, Mailchimp, Hootsuite and Canva
A proactive, joyful energy — you bring ideas and you move them forward
Comfort taking a leadership role in a small, high-trust team environment
