About Mann Travel Mann Travel is one of Australia's leading travel agencies, with staff across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and India. We run high-volume digital campaigns across multiple markets and brands, and we're growing our in-house marketing team.
About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can own our paid advertising across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok — and who can also roll up their sleeves and create scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and social content. This is a doer's role: you'll plan campaigns, build them, optimise them, and create the content that fuels them.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Ads Manager), including audience building, A/B testing and retargeting
- Set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) and YouTube video campaigns
- Run and scale TikTok paid campaigns
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content (shooting, editing, captions, trending audio)
- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across our social media platforms
- Monitor budgets, track ROAS/CPA/CTR, and report on campaign performance with clear recommendations
- Work with our marketing and video content team on campaign creative and landing pages
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook)
- Proven experience with Google Ads and YouTube advertising
- Experience running TikTok paid campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to create Instagram Reels — you'll be asked to share examples of your work
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Analytics)
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, tourism or e-commerce
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with email marketing platforms and landing page tools
