HR Advisor

Are you a HR Advisor who wants to make a real impact where it matters most?

This is a hands-on role, supporting leaders and teams through complex people challenges.

About the Role

We are growing our People & Culture Business Partnering team and have two newly created HR Advisor roles for those who thrive in an operational environment with purpose and impact.

This role is hands-on, with a strong focus on managing employee relations matters and partnering closely with leaders to navigate complex people challenges, build capability, and drive better workplace outcomes.About You

You will be a confident and capable HR professional who enjoys being close to the action, not removed from it and bring to the team:

Demonstrated experience in employee relations and case management, ideally in complex or operational environments.
Confidence in handling investigations and sensitive workplace matters.
Experience supporting or exposure to unionised workforces and industrial frameworks.
A practical, solutions-focused approach, providing advice and solutions.
Communication and skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders on-site.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to sites as required.

What you will be doing.

Managing a steady volume of employee relations cases including performance, misconduct, conflict, and attendance matters.
Conducting and supporting workplace investigations and preparing clear, compliant outcomes.
Coaching frontline leaders on people management, decision-making and risk mitigation.
Supporting unionised workforces, ensuring fair and consistent application of industrial frameworks.
Facilitating conversations, mediations, and practical on-the-ground interventions to resolve issues and improve team dynamics.
Building strong relationships with site leaders and providing timely, practical advice in real-time environments
Working across multiple sites, with planned and balanced travel as part of a national HR team

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you will build real capability quickly and gain exposure that goes beyond a traditional HR Advisor position. You will be supported by Senior HRBPs and a wider P&C team.
