This is a hands-on generalist HR role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to deliver compliant, efficient, and people-focused HR support.
You will be responsible for:

Providing day-to-day HR advice and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance documentation, grievances, and investigations
- Coordinating onboarding, orientation, and probation tracking
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring audit-ready documentation
- Supporting WH&S administration, record keeping, and risk mitigation activities
- Assisting with policy updates, procedures, and HR documentation
- Coordinating training schedules and maintaining training compliance records
- Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources role, preferably within the social care sector
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a HR Advisor or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation (SCHADS desirable)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
