About the Role:

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join the LUSH team as a Junior Artworker.

Reporting to the Forecasting and Planning Manager, this role will support the Manufacturing team by localising and occasionally creating operational artwork, including product labels and store signage. This role will also involve liaising with stores for signage ordering, prepress, and in-depth file management.

The successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated and adaptable, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a confident understanding of InDesign and Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities

Localise global operational artwork for the AU/NZ market, including shop signage and product labels.
Work closely with our purchasing department to deliver accurate artworks to suppliers for manufacturing.
Deliver operational artwork briefs from across the business within set deadlines.
Support the development and continuous improvement of processes within the Manufacturing Design department, including proactive maintenance of documentation and detailed asset management.
Support all departments within the business (including the Brand Design Team) with design needs for internal materials.
Liaise and manage relationships with print suppliers and other external vendors, including sourcing suppliers and pricing that are in line with business needs.
