3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions

Position Purpose
The 3D Designer is responsible for producing creative concepts, technical drawings and high-quality visualisations for corporate events, exhibition stands, sporting hospitality environments and major event activations.
Working closely with the Design, Project Management and Operations teams, the role transforms client briefs into innovative, buildable environments that balance creativity, functionality and commercial outcomes.
Candidates with experience working within the exhibition, events or custom display industry will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Design exhibition stands and custom-built environments.
- Develop creative concepts for corporate events, conferences, hospitality and sporting activations.
- Produce detailed floor plans, layouts and spatial designs.
- Create high-quality renders using Revit and Enscape.
- Prepare client presentation material and design documentation.
- Develop custom fabrication concepts and joinery layouts where required.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure designs meet client expectations, budgets and operational requirements.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to design presentations where required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and develop the company's design library and Revit families.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar.
- Advanced Revit and Enscape skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar design role preferred.
- Experience within the exhibition, events, custom display or experiential marketing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and custom fabrication.
- Excellent spatial planning and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative, commercially practical solutions.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
