About the Role
Elevate our Customer & Data division's efficiency as a proactive Personal Assistant, partnering directly with five General Managers. You'll be central to streamlining operations, managing intricate schedules, and ensuring our leadership team remains agile and effective. This dynamic role demands exceptional organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a talent for prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to five General Managers.
Master complex diary management, email correspondence, and intricate travel logistics.
Orchestrate internal and external meetings, events, and essential site visits across various locations.
Develop professional reports, compelling presentations, and critical HR/IT documentation.
Accurately capture meeting minutes and diligently track follow-up action items.
Foster seamless communication and collaboration with internal departments and external recruitment partners.
Oversee compliance for leave, mandatory training, and expense reporting.
Contribute to strategic projects, committee work, and divisional initiatives (e.g., report writing, presentation development).
Assist with divisional programs including Service Recognition and team events.
Champion confidentiality, compliance, and risk awareness throughout the division.
Provide essential backup support to fellow PAs and the Executive Assistant as needed.

What Experience You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience in a high-calibre administrative or Personal Assistant capacity, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Expertise in complex diary management, coordination, and handling multiple priorities with ease.
Outstanding verbal and written communication, enabling clear and impactful interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced application skills.
An unwavering commitment to precision, accuracy, and thorough follow-through.
Ability to confidently manage small-scale events and produce compelling presentations.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and evolving organisational environment.
