About the role:
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the trusted right-hand support to a senior leader? As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you'll play a pivotal role in keeping one of the organisation's key business functions running smoothly. Working at the heart of strategic decision-making, you'll provide high-level executive support, manage competing priorities, coordinate critical communications and build strong relationships across the business. In this role, you'll:
- Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to provide proactive, confidential and high-quality executive support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Be the central point of coordination and communication, managing priorities, stakeholder relationships and the seamless flow of information across the business.
- Lead and coordinate key administrative activities, including board and executive meetings, travel, events, reporting, presentations and business documentation.
- Drive efficiency and support business outcomes by managing projects, improving processes and ensuring important actions, decisions and commitments are delivered on time.

Must have
- Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities, complex schedules and sensitive information.
- Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement.
- Advanced written communication skills, including preparing, reviewing and formatting executive reports, board papers, presentations and business correspondence to a high standard.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently engage with leaders, employees and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, together with experience using document and records management systems.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in executive support, business administration or a related field, along with a current C Class Driver's Licence.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive leader, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Experience coordinating board, committee or executive leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, board paper management, minutes and action tracking.
- Understanding of governance processes, executive reporting requirements and corporate protocols.
- Experience managing business projects, events or special initiatives from coordination through to delivery.
- Exposure to financial administration, budgeting processes or supporting finance leadership teams.
- Experience maintaining intranet content, records management systems or document control processes.
