Job Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support our growing business across Australia. The purpose of this role is act as a partner to the business and provide support to help with operational growth. We are looking for someone to support the payroll and finance teams to enable a positive environment with all our colleagues.

In this role, you will work across a range of different activities:

Conducting payroll onboarding of new starters.
Supporting the payroll team with queries.
Support end-to-end processing of fortnightly employee payroll data accurately and to deadline, using MYOB Acumatica.
Process, maintain and reconcile payroll records.
Support payroll reporting for management and team as required.
Support the creation of documented payroll processes.
Support with monthly payroll & superannuation reconciliation.
Provide support to the finance team as required including but not limited to reconciliations and accounts payable integration activities
Provide any additional ad hoc support directed by the Finance Manager

Requirements And Qualifications

Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
Experience in Payroll processes within Australia.
Familiar with MYOB Acumatica or MYOB Advanced is essential.
Intermediate skills in Excel
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft O365
Someone who loves collaborating with all stakeholders.
