We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Talent & Engagement Officer to join our centralised Service Operations. This critical function manages service delivery across two business units.
This is a dynamic, high-impact casual role (10-34 hours per week, negotiable) based in our Sydney CBD office with flexible WFH opportunities.
The Role:
Joining the Talent, Staffing & Engagement team, you will predominantly be supporting the hiring needs of two business units that deliver onsite sessions teaching kids coding & creative crafts during the holidays and after-school, nationally.
Support with end-to-end high-volume recruitment of casual instructors/facilitators nationally (posting ads & processing in ATS, conducting interviews, obtaining compliance, and proactive sourcing as required).
Support with end-to-end staff rostering for holiday camps & after-school sessions nationally (gathering availability, offering & securing shifts, sending compliance to venues, and backfilling urgent gaps).
Manage staffing & talent inbox (responding to queries and providing feedback)
Training and payroll administration support.
Collaborate with wider team to drive project initiatives.
About You:

A confident communicator who takes pride in their ability to build rapport quickly.
Tech-savvy with the capacity to work across multiple systems & processes.
Highly dynamic with the ability to switch between varied duties to meet demands.
A solid team player with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Experience in fast paced administration or customer service.
Previous recruitment/rostering experience – highly desirable.
