About the Role
Reporting to a senior Operations leader, the Corporate Store & Profitability Lead is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, profitability and operational performance across Red Rooster's corporate restaurant portfolio (StoreCo) and broader franchise network. The role partners closely with Franchisees, Operations leaders, Finance, Restaurant Managers and StoreCo & Profitability Consultants to strengthen commercial capability and improve financial performance.

You will own the national StoreCo & Profitability program, establish commercial frameworks and performance standards, and provide dotted-line leadership to four Consultants nationally. Through commercial insight, coaching, stakeholder influence and program leadership, this role drives sustainable profit growth and strengthens organisational capability across the network.

Key Activities Include:
National Profitability & Commercial Performance

Own the profitability agenda across the corporate restaurant portfolio and support the broader network to achieve sustainable financial performance.
Establish, monitor and drive key commercial metrics including sales growth, labour productivity, food costs, EBITDA and contribution margins.
Identify network-wide risks, trends and opportunities and develop strategies that improve restaurant performance and profitability.

Franchisee & Operational Capability Building

Coach Franchisees and operational leaders to strengthen financial literacy, commercialacumenand P&L ownership.
Provide practical guidance to improve profitability through pricing, rostering, productivity and operational efficiency initiatives.
Embed sustainable behaviours and accountability disciplines that support long-term performance improvement.

Program Leadership & Consultant Development

Own the national StoreCo & Profitability program, setting priorities, methodologies, targets and ways of working.
Provide dotted-line leadership, coaching and capability development to the four StoreCo & Profitability Consultants nationally.
Establish consistent diagnostic, coaching and reporting frameworks across brands and states to drive a uniform approach to profitability improvement.

Corporate Restaurant Performance & Stakeholder Influence

Establish best-practice benchmarks for financial and operational performance across the corporate restaurant portfolio.
Partner with Operations leaders, Finance and Restaurant Managers to drive accountability for agreed profitability outcomes.
Leverage insights from corporate restaurants and the broader network to inform business decisions and improve performance at scale.

About You
Essential

Proven success improving profitability and commercial performance across multi-site operations.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability toanalyse P&Ls and identify performance opportunities.
Experience developing leaders and building organisational capability in financial literacy and business performance.
Highly effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across corporate, operational and franchise environments.

Desirable

Experience within QSR, food retail or hospitality environments.
Background working with franchised business models and franchise networks.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
