About the opportunity
Join Bolton Clarke in a high-impact role driving the commercial performance of a large, complex technology function. You’ll lead vendor contracts, procurement and budget management, influence senior stakeholders, strengthen financial governance, and help deliver strategic technology outcomes for one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit healthcare organisations.
Key activities
- Lead negotiation, renewal and management of high-value IS/ICT vendor contracts.
- Drive vendor performance against commercial obligations and service levels.
- Own annual IS budget planning and oversight of a significant operational budget.
- Deliver clear financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and spend insights.
- Strengthen IS accounts payable, invoice validation and financial control processes.
- Provide trusted commercial, procurement and financial advice aligned to governance, policy and audit requirements.
About you
You are a commercially sharp procurement and finance professional with strong ICT vendor management experience, proven capability managing large technology budgets, confident contract negotiation skills, sound financial governance knowledge, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex environment.

- Senior commercial, procurement or financial management experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Proven capability managing large IS/ICT operational budgets and financial performance.
- Strong vendor contract negotiation, renewal and relationship management expertise.
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, governance and control capability.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and procurement compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Law or a related discipline, with relevant procurement, contract management or finance certifications highly regarded.
