Full Job Description

The Role

The Administration Officer for Education for international students provides comprehensive guidance to prospective students. This role involves assisting students in navigating their educational journey abroad, including admissions, visa processes, and academic support.

Position Requirements

What you will be doing:

Provide expert guidance to international students on course selection, education pathways, and admission requirements within the Australian education system
Assist students with enrolment, application, and registration processes across various institutions
Review and assess supporting documentation for visa applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory standards
Offer ongoing academic and personal support to students, addressing concerns and facilitating successful study outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and visa progress in internal systems
Liaise with education providers, internal teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless student experience
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor changes in immigration policies and education regulations to ensure advice provided to students remains current and compliant

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to students.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address student concerns and find practical solutions Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload.
Proficiency in any second language in addition to English is highly valued

The position is a full time role and in person position.
