We have an exciting opportunity for a Law Graduate to join our Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Canberra working with Partner, Ian Jones.
About the team and the work
Work alongside industry-leading practitioners handling major and catastrophic motor vehicle insurance claims for some of Australia's largest insurers.
The team act on behalf of licenced CTP insurers in NSW, ACT and Qld.
You will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers with investigations into matters, liaising with key stakeholders, drafting submissions, undertaking key stages in formal litigation, file management and matter progression.
Gain hands-on experience in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and advocacy across a diverse range of matters.

About you
You will have prior paralegal experience.
Proven interest or experience in litigation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
You will have recently graduated and available to start full-time, or graduating later this year and able to commence earlier as a Paralegal.
