Duty Manager – Pittwater RSL ClubPittwater RSL Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service across all areas of the Club. You will act as an ambassador for Pittwater RSL, setting the benchmark for professionalism and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering strong relationships with members and guests.
Supervise and support staff, including delegation of duties, roster management, approval of overtime, and staff training.
Report any operational issues, incidents, and customer feedback promptly to senior management.
Maintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
Provide input on gaming operations, staffing needs, security, promotions, and general operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with NSW RSA and RCG legislation, Workplace Health & Safety, Self-Exclusion policies, and other regulatory requirements.

About You

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and resolve issues promptly.
Experience in staff training and performance management.
A hands-on approach with the ability to delegate and work collaboratively.
Be exceptionally well groomed.

Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per annum, pending experience, aligned with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020.
