The Role

Anglicare are currently seeking 2 Project Coordinators to join our projects team on a fixed term contract (6-month & 12-month contract).

The Project Coordinator will be involved projects that will have a high strategic importance to the organisation, with varying degrees of complexity, and organisational impact. The position will provide support and assistance to the Project Manager and/or the Head of Transformation and play a vital role in supporting the organisation to transition to a new way of working.

How you will make help us make a difference

Prepare project documents and status reporting for review by the Project Manager
Provide administrative support to assist the Project Manager in their daily duties
Assist with the facilitation of workshops
Working with stakeholders and end users through the full life cycle of a SharePoint project from beginning to the final implementation
Assist the Change Lead with the development of training and briefing material for staff

What our team are looking for

Current National Police Certificate (or ability to attain)
Current Queensland Driver Licence
Relevant qualification in Project Management or related (desired)
