Project Coordinator – Sales Function
About the Role
Allianz Partners is seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Coordinator to assist our national Sales Team. You would be supporting the Sales Director (SD) and acting as the trusted advisor and strategic partner for alignment and process improvement across all our Sales projects to help to drive execution of the Allianz Partners strategic agenda.
You will be partnering across Australian, regional, and global teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives across sales projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as akey interface for the Sales Director, liaising with senior stakeholders across Allianz entities, including global and regional teams
- Support and lead initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Drive execution by ensuringtimely delivery and high-quality outputs across strategic programs
- Develop and reviewhigh-quality presentations, reports, briefings, and analysis, including materials for CEO-level engagement
- Monitor and communicatepriority changes, risks, and roadblocks to the Strategy Director
- Serve as thegatekeeper of the SD’s office, managing information flow and priorities
- Prepare materials forBoard and Executive Committee meetings
- Attend key meetings on behalf of or alongside the SD, ensuring follow-through on actions
- Maintainstrict confidentiality and professional integrity in all interactions
- Actively communicate strategic priorities and progress across the organisation
- Operate withhigh autonomy, sound judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications Experience
- Minimum5 years’ experience in business, consulting, ideally as a Project Coordinator in a sales function
- Experience withininsurance or assistance services (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise inproject coordination within complex, matrix organisations
- Proven capability instrategy development, planning, and execution
- Strong experience influencingsenior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly structured approach withstrong attention to detail
- Ability tomulti-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience producinghigh-quality deliverables under time constraints
- Strong analytical capability, includingfinancial analysis, budgeting, and KPI dashboards
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office (PowerPoint Excel essential)
- High levels ofcuriosity, learning agility, and critical thinking
