Contract: 10‑month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full‑time
Location: Anywhere in Australia
Work Style: Work From Home / onsite attendance as required

About the Role

Korn Ferry partner with Infrabuild to support their recruitment function through an RPO Model. Due to ongoing hiring demand, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to join the team on a 10‑month fixed term contract.

This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and recruitment operations, supporting a broad range of hiring needs across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other market channels
Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles, up to middle management level
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Manage candidate information and recruitment progress with a high level of accuracy
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
Ensure recruitment processes align with best practice and compliance requirements

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in candidate sourcing across blue and white collar roles
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Experience sourcing and engaging large talent pools within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Detail‑oriented with a structured and process‑driven approach
Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach
