Location: North Shore, Sydney (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing RPO team, supporting a globally recognised technology and information solutions organisation. This is an opportunity to become a trusted talent advisor, managing strategic hiring across ANZ and APAC while working with a collaborative team that values innovation, partnership, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of commercial and corporate roles, including executive-level recruitment. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
You'll bring a proactive, consultative approach to market, leveraging executive search techniques, talent mapping, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Commercial (Sales) and Corporate functions throughout ANZ and APAC.
Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
Lead executive search activities for senior and leadership appointments.
Develop proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations that support informed business decisions.
Create an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication and strong relationship management.
Embrace AI-powered recruitment technology and data-driven insights to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys building trusted relationships and influencing hiring decisions.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Proven experience recruiting across commercial, corporate, and executive-level roles.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Executive search and proactive sourcing experience.
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and driving recruitment excellence.
