About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Specialist - Leadership Development to design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning and development initiatives that strengthen leadership, management and organisational capability across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys creating impactful programs and resources that support cultural change, workplace reform and leadership excellence.

About the Role

The Program Specialist will act as an internal consultant, partnering with managers and senior leaders to identify capability needs and implement contemporary learning solutions across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
You will develop and facilitate engaging leadership programs and resources using a variety of delivery methods including face-to-face, online and blended learning approaches. The role also contributes to organisational development initiatives, performance development strategies and continuous improvement within learning and development practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs aligned to capability frameworks.
Strong project management and organisational skills, including managing competing priorities, timelines and budgets.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and prepare reports and recommendations.
Experience with e-learning design, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively while also operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, adult education, human sciences, education or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience.

Please note that the role may require travel to regional areas across NSW to support operational and program delivery needs.
