High-Commission Opportunity | Residential + Commercial Solar & Battery

Ador Energy is expanding its residential and commercial renewable-energy business across NSW and is looking for experienced independent Solar & Battery Sales Consultants / Business Development Partners to work with us on a contractor basis.

This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who want greater earning potential without the restrictions of a traditional salaried sales role.

We're particularly interested in people with existing experience or relationships across:

Residential solar and batteries
Commercial solar
Commercial and industrial energy
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Property and development
Manufacturing
Warehousing and logistics
Hospitality
Agriculture
Retail
Facilities management
Energy consulting

The Opportunity

Ador Energy is actively expanding across three major markets:

Residential Solar & Battery

Residential customers investigating solar, battery storage and available energy incentive and financing programs.

Commercial Solar

Commercial and industrial businesses assessing solar opportunities, including projects potentially benefiting from changes to the federal SRES framework.

Commercial BESS

Commercial and industrial businesses investigating battery energy storage, energy-cost reduction and relevant NSW incentive opportunities.

We're building the infrastructure behind the salesperson — technical support, estimating, proposals, project delivery, marketing and administration — so you can focus on developing relationships and closing business.

How the Partnership Works

As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to generate and develop your own solar and battery opportunities and work with Ador Energy to take suitable projects through assessment, proposal, contracting and delivery.

Depending on the opportunity and agreed arrangement, you may:

Generate your own residential or commercial leads;
Introduce existing relationships to Ador Energy;
Develop new commercial opportunities;
Conduct initial customer consultations;
Qualify potential projects;
Work with our team to obtain the information required for feasibility;
Present Ador Energy proposals;
Manage customer relationships;
Negotiate and close suitable projects; and
Maintain relationships that generate repeat or referral opportunities.

We Handle the Delivery

You won't need to build an EPC or operational business behind your sales pipeline.

Ador Energy can support successful opportunities through areas including:

Project qualification;
System design and technical assessment;
Commercial estimating;
Solar and BESS proposals;
Incentive assessment;
Engineering coordination;
Grid/network processes;
Procurement;
Installation;
Project management; and
Post-sale project delivery.

Your role is primarily to create, develop and close quality opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity will suit someone who already understands sales and wants to be rewarded directly for the business they generate.

We're particularly interested in people with:

Previous solar sales experience;
Residential battery sales experience;
Commercial solar experience;
BESS experience;
Renewable-energy business development experience;
Existing commercial relationships;
Experience selling high-value B2B solutions;
Energy-industry contacts;
Property or construction networks;
Strong business-development skills; or
An existing network of business owners and commercial decision-makers.

Commercial solar/BESS experience is highly regarded.

Existing Commercial Networks Are Particularly Valuable

We're especially interested in speaking with people who already have relationships with:

Manufacturers Warehouses Logistics operators Food processors Cold storage facilities Hotels Clubs Retailers Shopping centres Farms Property owners Developers Strata Commercial landlords Industrial facilities

Remuneration

This is a contractor opportunity with a performance-based commission structure and uncapped earning potential.

We intend to offer materially stronger commission potential than a conventional salaried sales position, particularly for self-generated commercial solar and BESS opportunities.

Commission structures may differ depending on:

Lead source;
Residential vs commercial;
Solar vs battery/BESS;
Project size;
Gross profit/margin;
Level of involvement in developing and closing the opportunity; and
Whether the opportunity is self-generated or provided by Ador Energy.

High-performing contractors who originate and close substantial commercial projects have the opportunity to build a significant income stream.

No earnings cap.
