Sydney-based | Full-time | $70K-$90K base + uncapped commission (OTE $180K-$240K)

THE ROLE
Imagine offering a homeowner a solar system that costs nothing upfront, wipes out their power bill, and earns them income. That's the product. The clearer you explain it, the easier it closes.
Every lead is warm. We run active campaigns across Meta, Google and our own VPP quiz platform, so you're calling people who have already put their hand up. It's phone-first: make contact fast, qualify, and have the right conversation at the right time. Visit in person when it will close the deal. There's no stock pitch. You match each customer to one of three outcomes: VPP income, energy independence, or total bill elimination.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $70K-$90K base, OTE $180K-$240K, commission uncapped
- 2x to 3x the standard commission rate on any sale you generate yourself. We supply all the leads you need, but if you want to create your own, we pay multiples for it.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and real resilience
- Full Australian working rights, driver's licence, based in Sydney NSW
Solar experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We train you fully. What you need is the hunger. If you've closed before, you already have the hardest skill.
