The Opportunity:

W. Department clubs are lively places where no two days are the same. As Outbound Call Specialist at W. Department Hurstville, you will be responsible for the operational success of your club. Your role will be to use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all membership accounting issues. You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication skills to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve retention goals for your club on a monthly and annual basis

Work with the front desk team to help over-see membership accounting issues and concerns

Oversee initiation of company initiatives and programs

Weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Be focused on great customer service

Collect arrears owing from current and expired members

Work with our third party Collection agency

have a positive and calming phone manner

To be successful in this role you will need:

Accounts experience, ideally within the fitness industry

Minimum of 1 years experience

Ability to accurately record and report key figures to senior management

Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised

Team player
