$32.18 per hour | Casual | 2-5 days per week depending on demand and availability

Morrison's Gardens is looking for a reliable Gardening Team Member to join our team and help maintain gardens and outdoor spaces across Sydney.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in their work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Gardening - approximately 85%

Mowing lawns and maintaining garden areas
Trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance
Operating gardening equipment and tools
Maintaining lawns, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces
Keeping gardens neat, safe and well presented

Cleaning - approximately 15%

Clearing leaves, branches and other debris
Cleaning pathways and outdoor areas
Keeping common areas and garden spaces tidy
Assisting with general site presentation

You'll travel between different client sites across Sydney, so you'll work in a variety of outdoor environments.

What We're Looking For:

Gardening experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is welcome
Valid driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on outdoor work
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable travelling between client sites

What You'll Get:

$32.18 per hour
Casual employment with opportunities to work 2-5 days per week, depending on demand and your availability
