We are looking for a reliable and proactive Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and can manage their schedule with confidence.
You will work independently across residential and strata properties while also being part of a supportive team that values communication, responsibility, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning and green waste management
- Identifying issues on site and taking appropriate action without needing direction
- Managing your daily schedule and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Communicating effectively with the team and reporting any concerns or hazards
- Assisting with additional property maintenance tasks as required
About You
- Self‑motivated with strong initiative
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for your sites
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Experience in garden maintenance is preferred but not essential
