About the role…
We’re looking for motivated and safety-focused Ground Handlers / Airline Service Operators to join our team on a full-time basis in a fast-paced airside environment.
You’ll play an important role in supporting aircraft operations and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
This role operates on a rotating roster, with AM shifts commencing from approximately 5:30am and PM shifts commencing from around 2:00pm, including weekends and public holidays. Shift times may be subject to change based on operational requirements.
What your day will look like:

Operating ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs and loaders

Driving airside vehicles including tugs and vans

Working closely with operational staff to meet service schedules and KPIs

Following all WHS, aviation and airport safety procedures

Completing operational paperwork, checklists and activity reports

Communicating professionally with internal teams, customers and airport authorities

Reporting hazards, incidents and safety concerns as required
About you…
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Current valid driver’s licence

Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)

Ability to obtain an Airside Driving Authority (ADA); previous/current ADA highly regarded
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Availability to work a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays
-
Previous aviation or ground handling experience highly regarded but not essential
