Full Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager, SA and WA PPP Schools to join our Health & Education team in Adelaide and play a key role in leading asset maintenance strategy and ensuring compliance across a diverse portfolio of critical school infrastructure. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead the delivery of asset maintenance management strategies, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements across the portfolio
Analyse asset condition data and develop lifecycle and backlog maintenance plans to optimise building performance and sustainability
Partner closely with operations and finance teams to provide technical guidance, reporting insights, and commercially sound recommendations
Manage subcontractor performance, procurement activities, and service delivery outcomes to meet KPI and quality standards
Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and long-term value

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in asset or facilities management within complex or high-volume environments
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage contracts, financial performance, and reporting requirements effectively
Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, procurement processes, and performance-based delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
