The role:
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, build the team, and drive the success of a brand-new venue.
- Overseeing daily business operations including daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
- Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set-up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.
- Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety and cleanliness
- Drive new customers
- Selection, Training and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Responsible for social media presence and marketing programs
- Ensure customer satisfaction standards
- Monitor financial controls to keep operating costs vs budget
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of three years experience working in a managerial capacity
- Strong leadership
