- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and maintain service standards
- Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Monitor sales performance and undertake budgeting and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and feedback
- Promote and advertise the business’s products and services
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
