About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

We currently have x2 12-month fixed-term contract opportunities available.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, working in the office with the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Managing vendor master data and supplier account maintenance, including liaising with both domestic and international suppliers to resolve queries.
Processing supplier invoices in line with established Accounts Payable schedules and procedures.
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier account queries in a timely manner.
Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and in accordance with agreed payment terms.
Preparing and processing electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
Producing monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations and reconciling supplier statements where required.
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.
Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of supplier records and master data.
Ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready at all times.
Contributing to Accounts Payable projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.

About You

Prior experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
Experience using SAP (preferred) or another large ERP system.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
