About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and is committed to accuracy and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly while contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries
- Assist with payment runs and month‑end duties
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in accounting software’s. Jobpac Experience Highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Immediately available or with short notice
