About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims vendor invoices, vendor maintenance activities, and payment administration across the Group.
You will play a key role in supporting the Finance Operations function by maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and payment procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage claims vendor invoices accurately and within required timeframes.
- Create and maintain vendor records, including bank account verification.
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor and stakeholder enquiries.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including payment proposals and remittance advice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payment procedures.
- Support the Finance Operations Manager with general finance operations activities and stakeholder support.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Operations role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Exposure to invoice workflow systems such as Readsoft and/or Exflow.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
