About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our General Manager of Sales, while also offering occasional assistance to members of the broader leadership team. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support
Managing complex calendars, emails, appointments, and business priorities
Coordinating meetings, interstate travel, events, and stakeholder engagements
Preparing, collating, and coordinating reports, presentations, board papers, and correspondence
Supporting the Sales leadership team with administrative and operational requirements
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across teams to support business initiatives
Following up on key actions, gathering information, and ensuring timely delivery of requests and outcomes
Assisting in the coordination and execution of team events, leadership meetings, and strategic projects
Full-time position based at our Norwest office

About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant who is professional, approachable, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working as a trusted business partner, anticipating needs, solving problems, and making things happen behind the scenes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management capabilities
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Previous experience within the residential construction or property industry will be highly regarded
