THE ROLE
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior finance executive, ensuring diaries are on track, meetings are organised, travel is booked and general priorities keep moving. builds strong relationships and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced corporate environment. No two days are the same, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly.
Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, with a practical-thinking mindset
- Handling expense reports, budget tracking, raising purchase orders and invoice processing
- Coordinating meetings, events and site visits, including logistics, technology, catering and agendas
- Preparing presentations, reports and professional correspondence
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Providing general administrative support across the Finance team when required
- Creating a professional, welcoming and well-organised experience for executives, visitors and stakeholders
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar executive business support role
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep everything running smoothly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A genuine enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment, with pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A polished, professional approach, positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed
