Perform administrative tasks associated with the efficient day to day operation of our Cleaning department.

Prepare and forecast the department’s roster through Human Force (staffing platform) on a weekly basis and submit to all department staff in a timely manner.

Replace rostered staff as required.

Prepare daily work sheets for shifts and liaise with Team Leaders and Supervisors to delegate daily tasks.

Consult with Agency staff management and organise staff as required.

Action and close any department work orders/activities in a timely manner.

Maintain training records and matrix of accurate certifications and pan future training requirements.

Communicate, collaborate and maintain strong relationships with relevant BCEC operational departments.

Support the implementation and maintenance of departmental procedures and policies.
