About The Role
This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with our Executive General Manager - Corporate Services, playing a key part in driving success and making a real difference!
Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage the Executive General Manager’s calendar, emails, meetings, and time

Prepare and edit documents such as presentations, business plans, reports, and strategic plans
-
Brief the executive on upcoming meetings and events; liaise with high-level external stakeholders
-
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking
-
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on meeting actions
-
Handle confidential materials with discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proactively anticipates needs and takes initiative without direction

Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities calmly and efficiently

Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential information

Builds positive relationships at all levels and represents executives professionally
-
Highly organised with excellent time management

Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools

Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise tasks independent
Experience Required
-
5 years’ + experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative support role
Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Extensive experience in a similar role providing executive secretarial support to Senior Executives, CEO and/or Boards
Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader

Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel
