About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet and service-oriented Butler & Executive Support to provide personalised support to a senior executive across both corporate and personal environments.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day requirements of a busy executive. Combining traditional butler service with executive support responsibilities, this role requires a proactive, organised and trustworthy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

No two days are the same. From providing professional chauffeur services and coordinating travel to supporting corporate activities, managing household operations and delivering outstanding hospitality, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the principal’s daily commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, professional and punctual chauffeur services for the principal.
Coordinate daily schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, visas (where required) and ground transportation.
Maintain all vehicles to an exceptional standard, including cleaning, servicing, registration, insurance and fuel management.
Manage confidential errands and administrative tasks with discretion.
Support the day-to-day operation of the principal’s corporate and personal commitments.
Coordinate contractors, maintenance, deliveries and service providers.
Welcome guests and visitors, providing a high standard of hospitality and customer service.
Assist with corporate meetings, private functions and executive entertaining as required.
Monitor supplies and coordinate purchasing when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Anticipate the Principal's needs and provide proactive support to ensure the efficient running of daily activities.
Be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Butler, Executive Support Officer, Executive Chauffeur, Private Driver, Household Manager, Hospitality industry or in a similar position.
An outstanding driving record and sound knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area.
Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional, polished and service-focused approach.
High levels of integrity, discretion and reliability.
The ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the principal.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel when required.

Essential Requirements

Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
Excellent driving history.
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Current Australian working rights.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ability to successfully complete reference, background and employment history checks.

Desirable

Experience supporting senior executives, business owners or high-profile individuals.
Cultural awareness and understanding of hospitality standards.
Experience working in multicultural or international executive environments.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Butler, luxury hospitality or household management experience.
First Aid Certificate.
Defensive or advanced driver training.
