Quality Coordinator – Disability Services

At Brightwater, we are committed to pursuing the dignity of independence for every individual. We’re seeking an organised and proactive Quality Coordinator – Disability Services to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our Disability Services programs.
About the Role
Reporting to the Strategy and Client Services Manager, Disability Services , this role plays a key part in ensuring Brightwater remains audit-ready, compliant, and responsive to sector changes. You will coordinate audit requirements, implement compliance actions, and work closely with operational teams to embed improvements across Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation consolidation of NDIS Practice Standards audits
- Maintain audit-ready registers and compliance tracking tools for Disability Services programs, ensuring records are current, accessible, and meet required standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure Disability Services remains compliant
- Implement actions arising from audits, working with internal stakeholders and operational teams
- Provide support with aligning polices, procedures, and service agreement documentation in line with regulatory changes
- Working with other team members to ensure accuracy, coordinate and prepare required compliance and administrative reports for submission to funding bodies including the NDIA, HDWA, and ICWA, in line with contractual obligations and reporting schedules
- Track deadlines, identify risks, and support timely submissions
- Collaborate across teams to implement, measure and report on improvements
About You
You are a strong communicator, highly organised and confident working across multiple priorities. You bring strong coordination skills and a passion for improving systems and outcomes in a disability services environment.
You will also have:
- Working knowledge of the NDIS and disability compliance frameworks
- Experience in a quality, compliance, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience maintaining documentation, registers and reports to a high standard
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Qualification in business administration, health, or community services
Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
