Full Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events. This role requires someone with a naturally bubbly personality who thrives in social environments, builds strong relationships with ease, and ensures every event runs smoothly from concept through to completion

Plan, coordinate, and deliver events including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliver outcomes
Coordinate event setup, run sheets, and pack-down activities
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement
Must have vast understanding of various cultures and customs.
Schedule appointments, diary management and management of meetings, preparation of meeting and training rooms.
Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Assist with the management of all wedding and function bookings with a full understanding of function areas and capacities, efficiently coordinating covers.
Liaise promptly and frequently with clients via phone and email as well as in person, providing support to clients throughout the planning process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Assist Management with the planning and execution of large-scale events such as internal expos and menu tasting.
Promote and market the venue, developing its public profile and market presence, and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
Be available to work evenings and on weekends on some occasions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abbotsbury NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)
