Every impactful learning experience begins with strong ownership, disciplined planning, and transparent delivery. As the Learning Events Program Lead within our AI Learning team, you will be responsible for the delivery that keeps the AI learning on track.
This role has full accountability for integrated planning, tracking, and reporting across AI learning experiences (design build launch transition to sustain).
You will partner closely with the Project Lead, Program Owner, workstream leads and key stakeholders to translate agreed outcomes into a clear plan, maintain delivery momentum, and provide early warning where timelines, scope, risk or resources are at risk.

What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain the integrated project plans across design, build, deployment and embed stages of the learning experience; track critical path, milestones and interdependencies.

Maintain a single source of truth for delivery status across workstreams; ensure updates are accurate, timely and action-oriented.

Track program budget, resourcing and key milestones; support monitoring and forecasting of spend against plan.

Produce the monthly status report and other governance reporting; provide concise insights and recommended actions/decisions.

Manage governance cadence: schedule meetings, prepare packs, capture actions, and maintain decision and action logs.

Support resource coordination across workstreams; identify capacity constraints and propose mitigations.

Promote delivery discipline through repeatable ways of working, templates, and clear documentation.
What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience in learning delivery (including planning, tracking, governance and reporting).

Strong capability in building and maintaining integrated project plans

Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and workstream leads—able to influence, challenge constructively, and create clarity from ambiguity.

High attention to detail with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, decision-ready reporting.

Comfort working at pace with multiple priorities; proactive in identifying issues before they become blockers.

Experience with budgeting and resource tracking, including forecasting and variance monitoring (desirable).

Interest in AI, digital learning, or emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required).
