We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events. This role requires someone with a naturally bubbly personality who thrives in social environments, builds strong relationships with ease, and ensures every event runs smoothly from concept through to completion
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliver outcomes
- Coordinate event setup, run sheets, and pack-down activities
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Must have vast understanding of various cultures and customs.
- Schedule appointments, diary management and management of meetings, preparation of meeting and training rooms.
- Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Assist with the management of all wedding and function bookings with a full understanding of function areas and capacities, efficiently coordinating covers.
- Liaise promptly and frequently with clients via phone and email as well as in person, providing support to clients throughout the planning process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist Management with the planning and execution of large-scale events such as internal expos and menu tasting.
- Promote and market the venue, developing its public profile and market presence, and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
- Be available to work evenings and on weekends on some occasions.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
