Your Next Opportunity

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Draftsperson to join our collaborative team in Norwest, NSW.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and documentation that support the delivery of compliant, cost-effective, and buildable home designs.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure every plan meets design intent, compliance standards, and tender requirements.

What you’ll do:

Prepare and deliver tender and preliminary drawings that align with design briefs, NCC, and developer guidelines
Ensure all documentation meets compliance, buildability, and customer requirements
Review drawings for accuracy and consistency before issue
Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Estimating, Design, and Construction to coordinate information for tenders
Identify and resolve potential design or compliance issues early in the process
Maintain accurate electronic records of all plans and revisions in line with version control standards
Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance drafting efficiency and accuracy

About you

3+ years’ experience in residential drafting within the volume home building industry
Strong understanding of NCC, Basix, NatHERS, and DA/CDC requirements
Proven experience preparing tender or preliminary documentation for residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate documentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
