Full Job Description

Techpay Australia is a fast-growing business technology provider, supplying phone systems, printers, IT and related services to businesses across Australia.

Established just over 4 years ago, we are continuing to grow quickly and are looking for an organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our team.

This role would suit someone with previous administration or customer service experience who is ready to take the next step in a supportive office environment. You will be joining our Administration Team and working closely with other departments to help set up customer accounts, support new deals, and assist with day-to-day client service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the setup and implementation of new client deals
Entering and maintaining customer account details in our internal systems
Updating customer records, contracts and service information accurately
Responding to client service enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Supporting internal staff with updates on customer accounts and job progress
Using CRM and internal systems to manage customer information
Helping ensure admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
Contributing to a smooth and positive experience for both clients and the wider Techpay team

Key Attributes We're Looking For:

Organised, reliable and willing to learn
Confident using computer systems and able to pick up new platforms quickly
Comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members
Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
Proactive, but also happy to ask questions and work as part of a team

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, customer service, sales support or a similar office-based role
EXPERIENCE with Phone Systems, Internet or Office Printer companies is a major advantage.
