We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our Support Office. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Payable function while supporting stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do:
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and processing creditor and staff payment runs.
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to internal and external enquiries.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding items.
- Providing remittance advice and managing supplier payment queries.
- Ensuring accurate coding in line with the company chart of accounts.
- Assisting with audits by collating invoices and supporting documentation.
- Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across our campuses and Support Office.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Experience working in a commercial environment.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Intermediate experience with IT and systems including financial programs, Word, Excel and outlook.
- Accounting qualification (or currently studying).
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer and stakeholder service.
- Experience with reconciliations and financial data processing.
