Join us as a Property Portfolio Manager (Casual Leasing), where you will develop, implement and manage property and leasing plans across a broad range of customers, sites and commercial opportunities.

As Head of Property Brett Wilson puts it, you'll be looking at "every blade of grass as an opportunity to create value", identifying new commercial opportunities while maximising customer outcomes and shareholder returns.

You’re experienced in managing a portfolio of properties including lease management and lease compliance, rental reviews, new lease negotiations, lease renewals and options.
You have a strong understanding of the property market and are passionate about the industry.
You have some experience in property valuations, analysis and reporting.
You’re comfortable having difficult conversations in a respectful and empathetic way.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You’re adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
