Join us as a Property Portfolio Manager (Casual Leasing), where you will develop, implement and manage property and leasing plans across a broad range of customers, sites and commercial opportunities.

- You’re experienced in managing a portfolio of properties including lease management and lease compliance, rental reviews, new lease negotiations, lease renewals and options.
- You have a strong understanding of the property market and are passionate about the industry.
- You have some experience in property valuations, analysis and reporting.
- You’re comfortable having difficult conversations in a respectful and empathetic way.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- You’re adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
