Full-Time Gelato Artisan & Operations All-Rounder

Anna’s Gelato is an award-winning, family-owned artisan gelateria and café known for premium products, exceptional customer service and a strong community reputation.

We’re looking for a reliable, physically fit and motivated team member to join us in a permanent full-time role. This is a long-term career opportunity within a growing local business, not just another hospitality job.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position that includes:

* Artisan gelato production

* Café and shop operations

* Local wholesale deliveries

* Servicing and restocking gelato vending machines

* Loading and unloading stock

* Food preparation

* Delivering outstanding customer service

* Supporting the day-to-day operation and growth of the business

Essential Requirements

* Unrestricted Australian working rights (this position is not suitable for student visa holders or applicants requiring sponsorship)

* Current Australian Driver’s Licence

* Clean driving record

* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* Genuine commitment to long-term employment

Physical Requirements

This is an active role involving regular manual handling. You must be comfortable:

* Lifting and carrying stock and equipment

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Servicing vending machines

* Making local deliveries

* Working on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Barista experience is an advantage (not essential).

Full training will be provided in artisan gelato production, deliveries and vending machine operations.
