About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where every day is different. Your responsibilities will include:
* Artisan gelato production and preparation.
* Daily operation of our gelato shop.
* Delivering gelato to wholesale customers and other business locations.
* Assisting with the setup, servicing and programming of our gelato vending machines.
* Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
* General café and shop duties.
* Food preparation while maintaining the highest food safety and cleanliness standards.
* Supporting the day-to-day operation and ongoing growth of the business.
Essential Requirements
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Category B).
* Clean driving record.
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Genuine commitment to long-term employment.
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
* Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the business.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that involves regular manual handling.
The successful applicant will be comfortable with:
* Safely lifting, carrying and moving stock, gelato products and equipment.
* Loading and unloading deliveries.
* Restocking and servicing gelato vending machines.
* Making local deliveries.
* Being on their feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of safely performing these duties while following safe manual handling practices.

Skills & Experience
* Previous hospitality, café or kitchen experience is highly regarded.
* Barista experience is an advantage.
* Experience in food preparation or artisan gelato production is desirable but not essential.
* Full training in artisan gelato production, vending machine operations and our business systems will be provided to the right candidate.
* A genuine passion for quality food, excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
